Manny Pacquiao
 
You may know Manny as a professional boxer as he is widely considered to be one of the greatest boxers of all time.  He is the first boxer in history to win ten world titles in eight different weight divisions, and was named "Fighter of the Decade" for the 2000s by the Boxing Writers' Association of America. 
You may also know that Manny is currently serving as a Senator of the Philippines in the 17th Congress.
But did you know that Manny is an active Rotarian and was president of the Rotary Club of Manila 101 in 2012. 
 
 
Guglielmo Marconi
Marconi was an Italian inventor and engineer known for his pioneering work on long-distance radio transmission and for his development of a radio telegraph system. He is often credited as the inventor of radio and received a 1909 Nobel Prize in Physics for his contribution to the development of wireless telegraphy.
From 1932 until his death in 1937 he was a member of the Rotary Club of Bologna, Italy which he also served as Club President.
