Toowoomba Rotary Golf Day

RE:  ROTARY CHARITY GOLF DAY – 6 May 2016

Thank you very much for confirming that you will consider sponsoring the Rotary Club of Toowoomba East’s annual Golf Day at Toowoomba Golf Club on FRIDAY, 6 MAY 2016. 

To date, this event has raised significant funds to assist cancer research, local child and renal patients, disabled school children and air-lift medical services.  In 2016, our beneficiary will be Toowoomba Hospital Renal Unit through the Toowoomba Hospital Foundation.

As a Hole Sponsor, you would be entitled to field a team of players for an outlay of $600 including: 

• Golf for 4 persons – a 2-person Ambrose competition with prizes available around the course
• Fellowship, lunch, snacks, with after-game function and trophy presentation
• On-course signage and event-associated marketing
• Opportunity to distribute your promotional material to all players

There is an additional cost for motorised buggy hire and we shall be in touch with you about your buggy requirements and payment arrangements if you decide to proceed.

• Any corporate promotional material / giveaways that you would like included for distribution to all players on the day.
