DESCRIPTION:Hello\, I&#39\;m Kendall Hatcher\, your State Member for Caloun
 dra.\n\nAs a former teacher\, business-owner\, community volunteer and pro
 ud mother of four\, I am dedicated to protecting and enhancing what makes 
 Caloundra so special for all of us.\n\n This community has given me life-c
 hanging opportunities\, and I am dedicated and committed to a life of serv
 ice\, giving back to Caloundra.\n\nOver the last 17 years I have watched o
 ur community grow and change\, but at the moment\, we are facing crises in
  youth crime\, housing\, health and infrastructure.\n\nAs our population g
 rows\, pressure on housing is increasing\; there is more stress on our hea
 lth system\; and the cost-of-living continues to rise.                    
  \n\nAt the same time\, our roads are becoming more congested\, and locals
  are more concerned for their family&rsquo\;s safety than ever before.\n\n
