Recognising the “Rotary Club of Semin yak”.
Charted 14/5/2002 and is one of the major speaking Clubs in Bali. Most of the Rotarians are expats representing 12 nationalities. Many are employed in the tourist sector but also in finance, education, and jewellry, to name but a few.   Some of the projects this Club has been involved with over the years are Food Distribution to the needy, Student Scholarships, building classrooms, Libraries, school toilets, and Clean Water projects. The members meet every Wednesday at the Tran Resort Bali in Semin yak and we were lucky to attend a meeting back in 2015 for Dinner. They were a very engaged and welcoming Club and we walked away with a different outlook of Bali.

Barb awarded Rotarian of the month – Graeme Bowden
Exemplary in selling tickets in trailer raffle.

Possibility of producing our own club activities screen play during the club intro, instead of using American themed ones - David Johnston to investigate!
Details for next Musical fundraising event to be discussed and put in place.
Guest Speaker Co-ordinator role is being taken on by Win Fowles again and possibly Ray Capps later in the year.
Our caterers will be taking 3 weeks off in April and it is suggested that we still meet at the Golf Club but look at other alternatives for "food" - Pizza delivery, onsite BBQ, Platters etc.
Thank you to my fellow Rotarians, Peter Asher, Bruce Radford, Mike Healy,  Will Waterford, Greig Lee-Archer and Ross Harrison for the massive support in helping me to move house a couple of weeks ago - donation made to our Club.
