The District Governor is required by Rotary International to make an official visit to each Club within their District, once a year.
Meeting Procedure
Please ensure all members wear their club badges.
District Governor Tim and Gail are guests of your Club for the Rotary meeting.
The District Governor’s presentation should be the only program for the Club meeting and it is not appropriate to schedule any other program or speaker at that meeting.
Encourage Club members and their partners (if attending) to plan to arrive early for the meeting or stay late to meet and enjoy fellowship with District Governor Tim and Gail.

PLEASE SEE THE ROSTER BELOW AND IF YOU ARE ROSTERED ON AND CANNOT ATTEND THIS MEETING, PLEASE NOTIFY THE CLUB SERGEANT.
