BBQ Volunteers Required

The Queensland Air Museum will be holding their open cockpit weekend on the 4th and 5th of July. We have been invited to cook steak sandwiches which may result in a fantastic fundraiser if 5000 people attend like expected. Please email info@calpac.org.au if you think you could donate a couple of hours of your precious time. We will be using the Caloundra Club's BBQ Trailer. If possible I would like a volunteer to organise the roster and purchase the food. With the club's support this could be an on-going fundraiser available exclusively to the Rotary Club of Caloundra Pacific every open cockpit weekend or engine run day.
