Hosts Required for Conference

To all Club Presidents and Secretaries (particularly in Sunshine Coast Region),
 
Thank you to those who have volunteered to home host Rotarians from Papua New Guinea, the Solomon Islands and Nauru for 3 nights during the District Conference.
 
However, we are still looking for Rotarians to home host people from the Island Nations in our District 9600 for 3 nights during the District Conference.   We have the following contingent coming to Conference:
 
14 Presidents Elect or other club representatives,
3 Assistant Governors,
3 Rotary Community Corps representatives (from 3 RCC clubs), and
5 others who are paying their own way (for travel and conference registration) but require home hosting and local transport.
 
Total is 25.  We are looking for beds for 14 or 15 more people, with 11 catered for so far.
 
As mentioned previously, they will arrive on Monday 25 April and spend the next 4 nights at Bribie Hotel where PE training will take place.  They will then go to the Sunshine Coast area to be home hosted for the 3 nights of the Conference.  It would be helpful also if some volunteers would be available to transport them from Bribie Hotel to the Coast on Friday29th April.
