Dear Sandy, Dear Win,
 
first of all happy birthday, Sandy!! If I am right it is your birthday today! I hope you have a great day, the first in your new home. It sounds as if you have found the right place to stay now. I can imagine, that the old house was more work than joy, and it doesn´t get newer, too.
Well, we are looking for a house to buy somewhere around here. I must say, I would have bought yours, if we had a chance to immigrate to Australia and if I could convince Matthias to quit his job. I loved your house, the great veranda, the view over the ocean... But I am sure you´ve found something, that fits better for you now.
Great to hear, that you are about to leave Australia again for a pretty big cruise.... unbelievable, 9 weeks and that route. It will be fabulous, I am sure!! Sounds as all is going well for you, I am very glad to hear all that, I was thinking about you a lot lately, until I got your emails...But as always, everyone is just busy...
 
Well, we have good news, too. On August 4th our son, Korbinian Johannes is born. Is was 13 days later than the due date, but all went well, he is healthy and of course he is the cutest baby boy on earth;-) That´s what all mothers say about their sons, right?
He was 55 cm tall and weight 3490 g.
Nora loves him, even though she can´t understand why he sleeps so much, so boring....
That´s the reason, why I didn´t answer immediately- I was really happpy to hear that all goes well with you. Since last week Matthias is working again, Nora´s Kindergarten is closed for summer holidays, and I try to get through the days with the two of them. Well I am managing well, I´d say, it is not the total chaos, when Matthias gets home;-) Next week Matthias has the week off again. We were considering of driving up to Kiel to meet you. If we hadn´t any kids, we would have gone. But with Nora and a 3 week old baby I guess we shouldn´t go so far. Unfortunately it is really right the other end of Germany. But I don´t know, when we will see each other again...

Well, I need to feed Korbinian again, I attached some photos... If don´t read from each other, have a great, great trip and enjoy your time on the water. Really good on you!!
