Meeting Management

I would like to remind everyone that if they wish to speak at a meeting they must record their intention on the chairperson's run sheet or preferably email info@calpac.org.au before Thursday. The run sheet will be left on the clipboard at the registration desk before each meeting. This includes directors, members and anyone else. This simply allows the night to run a little bit more smoothly and ensure that we are finished by 8pm.

So far I have received only a couple of suggestions for the bulletin ad website. If you wish to highlight something in the community or report on something in Rotary please email info@calpac.org.au. The deadline for the bulletin is midnight every Sunday. Directors will be asked to include something in the bulletin or on the website every week.
