QAM BBQ SUCCESS!

Over the weekend, we cooked steak burgers at the Queensland Air Museum Open Day.

While attendance appeared to be down for the weekend, I am happy to report that we had a successful two days, selling over 200 burgers and many more drinks. I would like to thank the Queensland Air Museum for their offer to host our 'shop', Rotary Club of Caloundra for lending us their trailer and thank our volunteers Patrick King, Brad Eldred, Dave Smith, Bryan Mason, Peter Hovey, Peter Higgs, Ken Hinkly, Les Pontin, Lynn Saunders, Marilyn Harris, Evelyn McCorkhill, Di Lathaam, Tony Long, Cedric Gowlett, Bruce Radford and Kevin Curd. A special thank you to Ross Harrison for his food preparation (I think Jenna and Nanna might of done most of it), towing the BBQ trailer and purchasing the food and drinks.
