The upcoming Christmas dinner will be a three-course meal, but members will only pay $35 as the club will subsidize the additional cost.
Dues invoices will be sent out in the coming week, and members are asked to pay before the end of December.

The club transfers member contributions to the Rotary Foundation twice a year, in December and June.
So far, the club is holding $2,708 from member payments that will be forwarded to the Foundation before Christmas.

Board Meeting Highlights - November 2025
The Rotary Club of Caloundra Pacific Board met on 27 November 2025 with seven directors in attendance.
Financial Update
Treasurer Clive Seymour presented the October financial report. The Board approved the FY25 Financial Statements for distribution to members ahead of the AGM on 4 December 2025. The club also voted to donate $500 to Queensland Air Museum in recognition of their support for the Christmas in Hangar project.
Major Projects and Events
Christmas Trailer Raffle - Due to venue changes, the Board approved relocating the trailer raffle from Aura Farmers Market to Woolworths Bowman Road, Caloundra for 6 and 13 December. The club is seeking volunteers for both Saturday and Sunday shifts.

Community and International Service
The Board approved potential assistance with Bribie Island revegetation in partnership with Lions Club.
Ross Harrison reported significant progress on the Buyasan School Teacher's Accommodation project in the Philippines. The Rotary Club of Buderim has committed $5,000 to support this initiative, with construction expected to begin early 2026.
Youth Service
Bruce Radford announced that Isabella Buckland will attend a December meeting to introduce herself before attending the National Youth Science Forum, with a full presentation scheduled for January. The Youth Exchange Safari is set for 8 December at Happy Valley, Bulcock Beach.
