Committees Meeting then Special General Meeting

Each Committee will meet to discuss past events, if neecessary and forthcoming events.

Also discussion about matters/issues relating to each individual committee and discussion to achieve the correct outcome for the Club and its members.

The regular club committees meeting will conclude early and will be followed by a special general meeting (see separate meeting notice).
