November is Rotary Foundation Month

What Happens During Foundation Month

Education & Awareness: Clubs across District 9620 (which covers parts of Australia like Queensland/region and the Pacific) use the month to remind members of the Foundation's global and local projects.

Showcasing Grants: Clubs highlight how financial contributions are transformed into sustainable service projects across Rotary's areas of focus (such as peacebuilding, clean water, health, and education).

Fundraising & Contributions: Members and clubs are encouraged to make financial gifts or support specific donation programs. In District 9620, common initiatives include:
- PolioPlus Society (supporting the global eradication of polio)
- Centurion Program (contributing AUD $100+ annually)
- Paul Harris Fellow / Society recognition milestones
- Local fundraising options like the District 9620 Fundraising Page.
