President's Message

A massive week, last week. Monday - setup for RYDA, Tuesday - RYDA, Wednesday - RYDA, Thursday - Club Meeting at the Caloundra State High School, Friday - Ian Baker Finch Charity Golf Day. Thank you to all the volunteers that made last week possible. Whether it was possibly saving a life at RYDA or selling raffle tickets at the golf day, everyone's hard work is appreciated. We have made a difference in our local community: 333 secondary students have received potentially life-saving driving skills, the hospitality students received some real-life experience and our donation from the Ian Baker Finch Charity Golf Day will see the helicopter at RACQ Careflight fly a few more missions.

The fun doesn't stop there, this week we have Robyn Boxsell share her experiences with the Royal Flying Doctor Service in remote North Western Australia and we have a special visit from the Past District Governor and his wife. Pride of Workmanship is the following week and I ask that everyone please bring as many friends and family as possible to make this evening a special night for the recipients of their awards.
